Your writing is so beautiful and always inspires me to pick up the pen myself. But my job is also very demanding :(. How do you manage to stay motivated to write and ensure it still feels like a hobby instead of a chore?

Honestly, I'm not gonna lie, it's hard. I don't know if I have the right solution to give you, and I'm sure some writers might disagree with some of what I'm about to say, but personally, I've found that it's important not to force yourself to write when you're drained (which I know, with a demanding job, is hard), because you'll eventually grow to resent it.
What I've found to help is to carve time for myself that I strictly use for me, and protect that time religiously. Recently, I've started waking up an hour earlier before work to do things for myself - be it reading, writing, listen to music, etc. It is tiring sometimes, but having a set routine helps, I've found.
I also try to keep the stakes low. I do not tell myself "I must write X words." I tell myself “I will spend 20 minutes in my little story world,” and if that ends up being brainstorming, rereading, or tweaking a paragraph, that still counts. It keeps the door open without turning it into homework.
In a system that pushes you to work yourself to the bone, keeping that connection with your inner self - your creativity, included - is an act of defiance in its own, I think.

It all begins with your hair. I headcannon that, back in the Underground, Levi used to wash and braid his mother's hair, so he cherishes taking care of you in this same manner.
Cutting your hair, washing your locks or scalp, making sure it's held tight for expeditions if needed - Levi is conscious of the trust you place in him the first time you ask for his help. He grows to find stability in this routine: how warm and alive you feel beneath his soapy or conditioned fingertips, how relaxed you sound as he draws circles down the back of your skull, how he loves to listen to you talk about your day while he takes care of you. Sometimes, he'll catch sight of you playing with your hair across the dining hall - the hair he helped style that morning - and he'll feel warmth spread in his chest, knowing you carry a part of him with you.
Levi would never say it but those moments behind closed doors... yeah, they're incredibly special to him.

The Kenny vs Levi in S3 fight, hands down. We discover so much about Levi during that arc and the way it's portrayed in the anime, grey t-shirt and blood and all... phew, yeah. I could watch it for the rest of my life and never get bored (but then, I guess I feel this way about most of AOT).
