*Another day sees Jaune finishing his break as a crossing guard, his assigned work as a new Huntsman. He noticed Penny floating over and calls out to say hi. They end up conversing for a while, until Jaune has to address the elephant in the room.*

Jaune: "So... Penny."

Penny: "Yes?"

Jaune: "Your new sister has been staring at me for an hour now."

Penny: "Has she? Interesting."

Jaune: "Does that mean something?"

Penny: "... This can mean one of two things."

Jaune: "What's that?"

Penny: "She is either interested in you for the reason of romance. Or she sees you as a potential target and is waiting for an opportune time to strike."

Jaune: "..."

Penny: "I imagine either can be rather disturbing."

Jaune: *looks back over to her again.*

F22: (Bring it bitch~! I'm not scared of you. You might be Penny's friend, but I'm not so easy to...)

Jaune: *walked over to her.* "Hey, I'm Jaune." *He holds his hand out to her.*

F22: *Flinches in confused shock.* "Uh... I don't have a designated name yet." (*Screaming at herself internally* Why'd you admit that you idiot! He's a potential enemy combatant!)

Jaune: *Notices her call sign F22 on her coat.* "Well, how about Phoebe? Because B is the second letter, so it's like F-B."

Phoebe: "That works I guess..."

Jaune: "It's nice to meet you." *Smiles like the dumb himbo he is.*

Phoebe: "Sure, whatever."

Jaune: "I wanted to ask if you'd like to go out sometime? If you're free."

Phoebe: "Out? Are you seriously asking me out on a date?!" *She starts laughing like a psycho.* "You think you can handle this?!"

Phoebe: "I'm the greatest model of autonomous war robot in Atlas! I'm the strongest weapon to have been created! You think you can handle this?! You think you can just ask all this for a date?!"

Jaune: *Having spent a lot time recently with women that weren't his sisters, he's gotten better at reading signs.* "Yes. I'm shooting my shot and asking you on a date."

Phoebe: *stunned, blinking in confusion.* "Uh... I'm free on Friday."

Jaune: "Sounds like a plan! How about I pick you up at... six? Does that work?"

Phoebe: "That works, sure."

Jaune: "Awesome. I'll see you then." *He picks his sign back up.* "Need to get back to work. You'd think Atlas would have dedicated people for this. But hey! This is what I signed up for." *He walks back to the crosswalk as the school day starts to come to an end.*

Penny: *Walks over to her sister.* "So, you are going on a date with Friend Jaune?"

Phoebe: *Finally gets her head back in the moment.* "Huh? Oh! Yeah, I guess." *She notices the nearby single mothers starting to flirt her date.* "Intercepting..."

Penny: "I suggest not doing anything rash."

Phoebe: *Wasn't listening and flew forward. During a lull in the crossing, Phoebe swung around and planted a kiss on Jaune's lip before taking to the skies again,* "Six on Friday! Don't you fucking be late!"

*Jaune was left stunned. Penny was left stunned. The moms were left stunned. It was one hell of a day for gossip that week.*
