I turned 33 on Sunday. I took a long weekend, only did exactly what I wanted to do and nothing I didn’t, and made this truly ridiculous Mississippi Mud Pie to celebrate. It’s delicious, but also SO extra that I can’t even finish a single piece. Not even with an incredibly strong cup of coffee on the side. I have visions of future-me possibly reworking the recipe into something a little more balanced, but for now I’m going to focus on present me.
