Can somebody go to a reality where it tells me/others how to shift (and also lucid dream, I’m using the lucid dreaming method and tbh I also want to lucid dream at least.) the “right” way? I’ve been trying for ten months and I’m losing hope in life man. If there was just a slip of paper in front of me that showed me specifically or everyone generally how to shift the most likely way it’d be a miracle. I’m scripting that there is one in my dr but just in case, can someone else go to a reality where there is one? I’m getting desperate. I don’t know how much longer I can keep going. I need this. I know I sound like I’m going nuts, but man, I’m hanging by a thread here. Help me.

I do get it, anon. It's difficult to shift--hell, even I gave up for a few months. But it is possible; anyone can shift.
If you want a realistic answer, though: research, research, research. There are people on this site who have shifted! Using their knowledge and adding in your own technique is the best way to shift.
