Ok so Boom one day while working at @dapperdanharlem store in harlem & the legend himself @officialbizmarkie is in the store hiding from @fab5freddy because freddy had a huge opportunity for biz to shoot a cover for some overseas European magazine & biz was coming up with every excuse in the book not to do it. lol "im not fresh enough" so @dapperdanharlem gives biz a @gucci farmers jumper & now biz is like "oh yeah & I ain't got no truck jewels on i can't shoot nothing without my chain" so I yell out I got a chain for you biz & biz laughs like let me see your little chain shorty 😂 so I go in the back and get 2 big ass chains one was a run dmc type rope chain & the other chain was a giant gucci link chain i borrowed from @djdirtybob we used to trade jewelry back then 😂 anyway biz saw my chain and said "AwwwwwMaaan yall uptown kids getting money for real" 🤣🤣😂 til this day i never seen that photo but these memories have definitely lasaed a lifetime! In Mayme's tell all book "Harlem Godfather: The Rap on My Husband, Ellsworth "Bumpy" Johnson" she spoke about the "friendship" of Bumpy and Lena lol. Lena was Beyonce like as far as her status back then. One day Bumpy dropped past the house with Lena. Mayme was a big fan of Lena so she obviously was star struck. Lena told Bumpy that she had left her scarf at a spot that Bumpy only took people that he was real close with. Mayme's antennas went up. She said from that day forward she stopped being a fan of Lena's lol Lena appears to have been Nicole Murphy before she was Nicole Murphy lol she had "connections" to Joe Louis and a few others.
