Basically there are still Heroes in Albion and the guild fell, but the Heroes kind of became the ton

Sparrow is the youngest child of a cousin of a cousin to one of the oldest Heroic Families and no one expected them to have a title or anything, until a series of tragedies led them to be the heir apparent, and now they must navigate the waters of society

Reaver as the first Hero in his family, having still made his bargain and is the only one in his line with no need for heirs and marriages, so everyone lets him get away with being a Rake

and Theresa as a Lady Danbury type of character

Chaos, balls and mayhem ensue

And sequels following Logan and the HoBw could be fun as well

i’ve seen people in the fandom talk about a fable 4 set in the 1920s if it were to continue the current timeline, thus I drew our favorite dark wizard and passionate rogue

have a fic idea, gods it’s been forever since i’ve written anything, but i saw art for a seer bilbo, and all i’ve been able to think of is this:

but with a young bilbo instead of theresa and either thrain or thror instead of twinblade, the child is either blessed by the valar or cursed, and either way has a very long life (i’m hashing this out), and oof, between erebor and azanulbizar and everything that comes after, it has the potential to be really cool and also very upsetting. imagine a goldsick thror or grief-stricken thrain distancing himself from his family to listen to the prophecies whispered by this little hobbit babe, imagine how painful that would be after the loss. this small creature raised alongside the durin’s but never really part of the family, and fuck,

imagine a young thorin, after the loss of his grandfather and father and brother lashing out and blaming this small creature that he’s always been bitter towards for monopolizing his grandfather or father’s view of him and dis and frerin (which is NOT bilbo’s fault, he is a child/tween and somewhat lost himself) for their misfortunes when he enters the tent and finds bilbo standing near frerin’s body, dis nearby and heavily pregnant and mourning the loss of her husband.

not killing him, but almost wanting to in his grief and anger, stopped by dis pleading with him (and his own honor, because thorin wouldn’t strike down a child no matter the circumstances, no matter how he’s hurting) to somehow instead get this hobbit hence, back to it’s thrice-damned shire and losing track of it while he tries desperately to piece together his rule and his scattered people anyway, i may write this, i may not, but if there are any 2020 bagginshielder’s out there doing commissions for art pieces, and are interested in maybe something like this above picture, i will throw money at you because i can’t draw for shit, but i think that would be really, really cool
