Hi. Hello.

I'd like to begin by stating that I headcanonize Logan as gay or bi, but for the sake of this theory he'll be bi.

HEAR ME OUT.

I made a whole reddit essay abt how in my opinion Kalin did not hate him because she was in a similar position (young ruler who ascended the throne grieving a parent they loved and idealized, young ruler who had to deal with a burden far too big for them etc etc). Plus, she was the only ally to offer a morally gray judgment "I know family links are sacred, but many of my people have died because he didn't fulfill his promise but the choice is yours" etc etc.

NOW.

I wrote the beginning of a fanfiction where basically she tells him he can redeem himself by serving Aurora. He accepts and stays for a year or so, and leaves because he feels like it is not his place to be here, plus his sister has met someone and would like him to meet her. He has a long talk with Kalin and they end up kissing, she stops him saying that as Kalin she'd like to marry him, but as a ruler she can't, and Aurora is her priority. He accepts and leaves. Years later she marries and has a son, Pio. When Pio is seven, Kalin's husband dies. Months later hobw and Logan visit Aurora (And Kalin and Pio) and at night what happens happens.

Hobw receives a letter months later where Kalin announces that she is pregnant (saying the father is her late husband). They can't visit her, but they visit her when the child is like one year old and Logan realizes she looks nothing like Kalin's late husband 😃

So anyways they have a talk, keep the secret hidden (btw the baby is named Aurora so at one point Logan says "Kalin, for Aurora's sake tell me if she my daughter?" and it can be interpreted in two ways).

Then I planned what happens next, but it's longggg so idk if I'll make another post talking abt it.
