I feel like I've put on a little bit of weight between last year and this year. I also feel like it's because since this last year, I've been trying my best to clean up my eating. I drink water aside from my once a week soft drink. I don't eat much snacks or sweets outside of meal times - a banana and healthy snack combo during my short break at work. I just don't get it. It always backfires when I try to eat healthy and lose a little bit of chub. I even have a manual labour job that keeps me active and it doesn't seem to help. I don't know anymore.
