Sure.  Place the folder into SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FaceRig\Mod\VP\PC_Common\Objects\ to use with FaceRig, or extract and import into Animaze.  I’m sure it can probably work with other apps too but I'm not sure how.

hi everyone, so this is what i did with MY day. i learned how to make a vtuber avatar. why? no real reason. i thought to myself “could i do this?” and that meant i had to do it.

anyway i managed to get these working in facerig and everything so i can confidently say that yes i know how to draw and rig a vtuber avatar now. hooray!

I’ve been asked about this live2d facerig a lot these past few years! It was something I made as a gift for my husband @gaming-artists for his stream a long time ago. Since it’s so well loved, and with the popularity of facerig these days, I wanted to share it with everyone.

If you have Facerig on steam, click the “Subscribe” button in the link above for it to automatically download and install it for use as a custom avatar. If you don’t use steam for facerig, or you have the a newer iteration of facerig called Animaze, you may need to troubleshoot that one on your own. (Sorry! I have no idea.)
