Experiments: Alcohol Ink Fade
All my current alcohol ink markers, each on mixed media paper, with different UV protective treatments (or none). These will be placed in a sunny window for a UV test beginning tomorrow, December 18, 2021.
I'll share results periodically.
Experiment: Alcohol Ink Fade 2
A second experiment for alcohol ink, this one with an actual abstract artwork using some of my techniques. I'm scared to be sending this into the sun, but will learn so much in how this fades.
Piece is protected with a UV archival matte spray on the front, and an acrylic matte gel on front and back. Like my marker palette trio, this will be up in a sunny window beginning tomorrow, December 18, 2021. I will update this thread periodically with progress.
