This Wisdom Bench has me planning things right for this week. Meal plan created and food prepped!! ✅ . Last week I didn’t eat ENOUGH. I didn’t have a chance to lay out my nutrition plan for the week and I was dragging my butt because of it. I didn’t prep any of my meals. Because they weren’t handy, I didn’t have much available to eat. It made it hard to wake up in the morning, I was sluggish on my runs, and a wee bit irritable overall. 🤭 . I see so many people cutting calories or even cutting entire food groups out of their daily nutrition. I don’t know how you guys do it. I eat a lot. It’s all healthy and balanced (mostly!) and it keeps me going. I don’t have to count calories or macros. My nutrition plans have it worked out for me. I just used the portion control containers and call it a day! 📆 . Easy peasy. All I have to actually do is PREP THE FOOD and that’s because I clearly don’t have time M-F to do it all. So yes, I sit here on the wisdom bench soaking up this lesson learned/remembered and planning for a successful week ahead! 😁 .
