Hi there! I’m the anon who asked you about book recommendations about the fair folk a little while back. You had said something to the extent of having a protective bubble inside of fairy. I was wondering if you created this or were born with it? And if you did create it, how did you do it? And I was also interested in what kind of fae are personally connected with you, if you don’t mind me asking? How did you figure out that there WERE fae with whom you have this connection with?

omg hi again!!! Oooh those are good questions, let me try answer them. And for those who didn't see my answer to Anon's last ask heres a link for context! As for the 'bubble' - as far as I can tell I didn't make it, or at the very least if I did it was subconsciously. But I get the sense it was created by my fairy family*. *ie the fairies im connected to. Between your last ask and now it had been revealed that my main 'guide' figure is a motherly figure to me and i have other sort of 'family members' like a sister and aunt -equivalent. It doesn't resemble human family relationships much at all but it's easier to use those words to describe it. Like im not born of anyone at all but we've sort of just found each other in this arrangement and it feels comfy. Also I'd say the bubble isnt 100% fool proof, if a bad actor tried really hard enough they could definitely cause harm and stranger/random entities have def passed thru and interacted with me in ways that havent been 100% friendly or polite. But nothing dangerous. But it definitely feels like a sort of area that is protected by my family group. As for "type" of fae its a bit difficult. I'm hesitant to use a lot of labels we know of (dwarves, pixies, elves, etc) bc i consider many (not all) of them human inventions and many actual fairy fall outside of these concepts so they can be imprecise or inaccurate. But there are some that work well enough as rough descriptors. For starters since learning more about them I've felt drawn to the concept of 'trooping fairies' more than other types of gatherings. We're less structured or formal than a Court but we're not Solitary fae either. Tho I was a little bit it seems haha, often running off to watch the weird human creatures. As for the individuals it seems to be a mix of more elemental types and more "classical/typical" fae. My aunt/mother's sister is very much an elemental of the sun and sky, very similar to my spirit/fae partner. Mother is somewhere between, strong yellow gold aura like her sister but more humanoid in form and also shapeshifts a bit like me. My sister and I are both green fairies with a strong penchant for shapeshifting. She's very funny. My mother's husband (not a father figure) is a blue fairy, very elfish but he's often off being busy so I know less about him. aaaand last one, as for HOW I found any of this out? Well I wish I had good advice but unfortunately they kinda just.. showed up. All of this info gets revealed to me 98% of the time through journeys. Where I meditate and send my consciousness to this little bubble in fairy. It's never taken effort, simply when i close my eyes and try to feel myself in the otherworld I have just always been in the same place. Then one day, early on in my journeys, my mother and her husband made a grand entrance. At first I thought they were royalty (and maybe they are we haven't discussed it much) and felt the need to bow. And since then she's just been there in almost every journey to talk to me and give me directions or advice or simply just company. She waited sometime to reveal the family aspect bc it was kind of a big deal and a lot for me to process but eventually she did and it's been quite nice. Esp as the family experience in my human life have been.. less than stellar. Thank u so much for asking and letting me ramble.
