This fairy house requires Enchanted By Nature and has 8 swatches. It's slightly high poly, so I wouldn't place 20 of these on one lot if you don't have a powerful PC. It has 2 lower tiers with object slots for decoration, and all animations work properly on it except for the party effects, which just like my previous fairy house, has incorrect locations/masks as I'm still unsure how to override it.
