4t2 Enchanted by Nature EP

A 4t2 conversion of most items (including debug) from Enchanted by Nature expansion pack. Key features and info:

118 objects;

14 seasonal plants;

40 floors;

144 walls (72 but cut in half to preserve pattern, will appear sorted next to each other in build mode);

1 hood object;

2 functional fireplaces with chimney (made from a template by Numenor and edited by @platinumaspiration to have lit up logs). For the fireplaces to work correctly you'll need Scriptorium installed. Once it's done, put the txt files in the fireplace folder of Scriptorium;

Smoothed out meshes, no shine (except when necessary), quarter tile placeable, slots where it makes sense;

All shadows are repositoried to Lord Crumps' shadow file (it's included but as always, you don't need multiple copies of it in your downloads folder, so delete if you have it already);

2 separate collection files for build and buy mode;

Fences are included but can't be added to collection files so look for them in the dedicated section;

Some objects have useful info inside catalog descriptions so check that out. Other objects have some little secrets 😏;

Most deco objects raise hobby enthusiasm (according to their theme and purpose);

Backsplash recolors were put on a mesh from Lovestruck EP, it's included;

Indoor flower pots need to be placed on the ground in order for the plant to slot, that's how it works in Sims 2. You can then pick up the plant and place it on a surface;

Stacks On Stacks Chimney was cloned from an object by @lordcrumps, it must be placed on roof floor tiles and NOT on the roof itself (otherwise the pie menu disappears and you won't be able to turn smoke on and off);

Sylvan Spiral Gate comes with posts that will clip into fences unless you use this building trick;

Starseed Teleporter was cloned from a Hole In The Ground object by @midgethetree, it will only properly function if IngeJones' portals are installed too. So be sure to grab mods from Midge's post + Inge's portals, these are not included! Be sure to put a pedestrian portal undernearth when placing the object on a lot;

Fairy houses are functional, they were cloned from @jellymeduza 's edits of @midgethetree 's functional fairy houses (standard version). For sims to be able to have woohoo and try for baby interactions in them, you'll need "Meduza_AskToWooHoo_social" mod included with Meduza's original 3t2 fairy houses, it's not included (find it here). Fairy houses objects only work with Midge's playable fairies mods, delete them if you don't play with fairies or you'll get errors;

Kitchen counters, windows and doors are not converted;

Overall, my usual goal is to give all objects as much purpose as possible.

UPDATE 18/09/2025

Added the 2 fairy houses as deco versions (they spawn ladybugs and butterflies (function taken from an object by @hugelunatic) and raise nature enthusiasm when viewed). Link was updated, but you can get only the new files here (SFS).

Fixed sims unable to use both Fairy Tale Storytree Bookcases. The main archive was updated, but you can download just the fixed files here.

Petal Dance Sink: fixed clickable area

All Natural Apothecary Stall: fixed NPC cashier spawn on community lots

Sylvan Spiral Fence: fixed sims not able to walk through gates. This fence is still very tricky, it seems that its posts get in the way. I recommend using 2 tile gates and after deleting previous gate redo the fence where the gate was then delete side posts after placing the gate. If it still doesn't work for you - try again. Or delete the fence portion and place the gate via moveobjects cheat.

This fairy house is fully functional and requires the Enchanted by Nature expansion pack to function. It comes with 8 swatches, 4 colours with a moss variant for each. The only hiccup with it is the during a fairy party, the light mask doesn't align with the windows as I'm currently unsure how to overwrite it. If I figure out how to fix that, I will update the file and this post!

Enchanted by Nature: First Look at CAS

EA just shared on The Sims official social media channels a small video providing simmers with a first look at Create a Sim (CAS) items from the upcoming The Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack.

The teaser shows off a few outfits and hairstyles across different age groups, as well as traits and fairies customization options.

The Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack will come out on July 10th. Next week, on June 26th, its gameplay trailer is being released.
