Overate while listening to a friend vent about their problems. So I got a good burn in tonight. Took forever but it wasn't too bad. Did burpees and lunges for about 20 minutes then danced for about 30 minutes and ended with a walk/run. Goal was to burn Twice what I overate just to be sure. 👍🏽
