scout abilities:

OLD RELIABLE:  you have +1 to all attack rolls with your hunting rifle, and when you or your party finds compatible ammo, you roll 2d4 to find that much extra ammo.  you have a electronic scope that adds an additional +1 to attack rolls, and a bayonet that deals 1d4 piercing damage.

scientist abilities:

EXPERTISE:  you double your proficiency in perception and investigation.

SIGNATURE DEVICE:  you have a full custom set of light armor that is rad resistant, reducing radiation damage by 3, and muffled, adding +2 to stealth checks.

TECH BONUS:  all weapons, explosives, traps, or robots you create with a scientist feature do +2 damage, and your robot repair kits and restoratives heal an extra +2 hp.  when you modify or repair a weapon not made by a scientist feature, you grant it a +2 bonus to damage until its owner’s next long rest.

THE BETTER PART OF VALOUR:  you can use a bonus action to disengage or hide.

PROBLEM SOLVER:  you can use your action on your turn to grant advantage to a creature within your line of sight that can hear you to their next attack roll or ability check on their next turn.  you can use this feature 3 times per short or long rest.

chems:

QUICKBREW CHEMS:  you can carry up to 3 chems at a time, and you can craft up to 3 over the course of a short rest.  if you create more than 3, one preexisting chem of your choice becomes inert and is useless.  each chem requires 10 salvage and 2 liquid snacks or 1 bottle of water to create.  anyone can use a quickbrew chem, and it takes an action to take or administer one.  you can spend an additional 10 salvage to craft a syringe with a chem for use in a syringer rifle.

SAVING THROW DC:  14

BODY BUFF:  increase strength, dexterity, and constitution by 2 for 30 seconds (5 rounds).

MIND MUDDLER:  constitution saving throw or become dazed and suffer disadvantage on social ability checks for 30 seconds (5 rounds).  the target can make a constitution saving throw at the end of each of their turns to end the effect early.

RAD GUARD:  reduce all radiation damage by 3 for 30 seconds (5 rounds).

RAD RESTORE:  remove one level of radiation sickness.

RESTORATIVE:  heal 3d6 hit points.

PEP UP:  remove one level of exhaustion.

TOUGH BUFF:  reduce all bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage by 3 for 30 seconds (5 rounds).

TOXIC BREW:  constitution saving throw or take 1d6 poison damage at the beginning of their turn for the next 5 turns.  the target can make a constitution saving throw at the end of each of their turns to end the effect early.
