Sneaking in another doodle for the #BeachEpisode for Fallout run by @charomiami ! Here are the boys from my Mass Effect xover fic! Kingsport Lighthouse was always a favorite settlement of mine.

Instead of sleeping I did this, which is fun, but I’m not even sure I did it right 😂. Template is here and was on @alyssalenko ‘s page. The otp is mshenko, mostly from my Fallout au, but they’re pretty much the same in all my fics.

This isn’t like Kaidan.

Kaidan takes a while to warm up to people, to fall in love and then, MAYBE, start a relationship with them. He didn’t get charmed by random guys that save his life and pull them into an alley with a kiss lingering on their scarf covered mouth.

But those brown eyes, whiskey colored in the neon light, are equal parts penetrating and warm with affection.

And then Shepard realizes the cheesy disguise never fooled the man that held his heart.

It’s been a few years since he left the Atom Cats to join the Minutemen in reclaiming the Commonwealth, but Kaidan Alenko recognizes him. It’s becoming a habit to find the Silver Shroud joining them in battle whenever he’s near Goodneighbor, but there have also been several occasions where the masked man swooped in with that dramatically overdone voice to save Kaidan personally.

John Shepard may be fooling everyone else, but Kaidan knows those intense blue eyes anywhere. Remembers finding excuses to lean against one of those broad shoulders during poetry night at the garage, watching those quick fingers helping Rowdy repair power armor.

When the Silver Shroud breaks character, just for a moment, to call out his name when it looks like a Super Mutant will get the better of him, Kaidan realizes those feelings aren’t unrequited.

Since I didn't get all my achievements carried over from the BETA, I restarted 76 with a new character to collect them. Why is Kaidan so hard to make in their CC??
