Hancock pays Captain Zhao a visit every now and then. He leaves Goodneighbor in Fahrenheit's control because he's "going on a diplomatic mission" but it's really to set down the Mayor mask while hanging out with Captain Zhao. During October's full moon, Zhao gets out the good baijiu. They sit in a rowboat, raise their glasses to long-lost friendships and watch lanterns float away on Boston Harbour's water.

Ive been unexpectedly really busy with some stuff so woops sorry this is just a messy sketch... anyways I drew Mobius for today because Old World Blues and also like. When I first got into New Vegas ages ago, I was so into him, I had such a big crush on him-

I actually went and grabbed a ss from my old instagram of some art i did of him in 2020, but i also used to draw him all over my school papers... woops.
