Enjoy the warm tastes of fall with this pumpkin spice smoothie. It has just the right amount of pumpkin, warm spices, and sweetness.
Ingredients: 1 cup canned pumpkin puree. 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Put everything into a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. When you add the ice cubes, blend again until you get the consistency you want. Pour into a glass, and then add a cinnamon stick on top. Serve right away and enjoy!
