Sup, this is the Dilettantes EP that was never released. We are no longer a band, but we still wanted to put this out somehow since we worked hard on it. This could be the last piece of music I’ll ever be involved with, as a result of my struggles with Chronic Tinnitus. In any case, I’m proud of what we made and miss playing music with these folks! We never got to play these songs live properly and that would have been fun as hell, so I hope everyone enjoys our studio recordings done by the amazing Jonah Falco.

I understand the idea behind false modesty, but I refuse to take part in it anymore. 

Will I ever record a platinum album? No, but I have a damn good voice. Will I ever star in a huge million dollar movie? No, but I am a damn good actress. I’m not the best looking girl out there, but I am by no means unattractive. I suck at ochem, but I am still fucking intelligent. I can write, I can draw, I can craft, I can make some pretty great cosplays. Am I the best at those things? Of course not, but I have a knack for them. 

I will not exaggerate my talents, but I will not deny them. If you tell me I’m good at something, and I know I’m good at that something, I will thank you and say “Yup!” I will not put myself down for the sake of appearances or because society says I should. I will not say, “What? Me? Oh no way, I’m not that great haha.” Fuck that. I know what I’m good at, and I am proud of myself.
