Once again begging y’all to be normal about child actors
It’s - it’s so creepy to Me? The obsession of finding photos that aren’t for the public or reposting what they did fanning over them (which could easily just be left as a comment? Like you have no need to make another post about their photo) etc
It’s particularly a problem when it comes to Miguel. I don’t know what it is? Maybe because he’s hispanic? And there’s a nasty form of adultifcation that comes with it on this boy and it’s scary… the family photos, the yearbook photos - the tattoos the constant comments etc like there’s being a fan of someone and having posters on the wall etc then there’s some concerning behavior…
He’s so young and people are so obsessed and I honestly feel like it’s …. He may be on the track to being another Eddie Furlong. He was a cute kid and a decent actor and people got… so ungodly obsessed with him at a extremely young age and he’s proof that stuff can mess you up BAD. Good actor who fell to obesssive fans, addiction etc - he’s washed out today but still manically obsessed over to the point someone’s placing all their personal problems on to him because of their parasocial relationship problems. I don’t want this for Miguel or any other child actor… for the love of god be normal
Alastor surprised me as a fighter
Honestly, from the polit I read Al as the trickster magician type fighter, who would cast powerful spells to take down his opponents. I was surprised in his fight with Adam to see how much close combat skill he actually had (to dodge like that), and it was nice to see more of that on display in the season 2 finale. He relies on his natural agility a lot (probably because he is a deer) and shadows to dodge. What is also a bit odd is that Al reaction speed seems to be consistently at or right below speed of light with him blocking Adam's beam and keeping up with Vox. His durability seems solid as well, being able to handle being thrown into building after budling then toss a good distance into a highway while still able recover quickly afterwards.
Al fighting style reminds me of spiderman a little with his agility and ability to think on the cuff.

Totally scientific poll
LIKE if you are or know somebody who is an X-Phile and is or thinks they might be on the autistic spectrum/Aspergers. REBLOG if you are a nice person who wishes to help me increase the reliability of this study by increasing the sample size. Edited 8/18/15: Someone asked why I’m doing this poll. Basically, I’m just curious.
I just had to...
Crazy Fans Wha... t?
I'll admit that when I am invested in a character - I'm all in. When I find that special place that I like to visit in a story - I'm all in. When the writer/author has my favorite characters finally say what I've been hoping for .. I'm all in. Lately I've taken more interest in social networks, fandoms, tweets, etc and I'm really surprised about just how crazy some fans really are. I'm no spring chicken so back in the day when my fav shows ended.. they just did. I kept a special place in my heart for my favorite characters. In today's world with Fanfic, social media, etc.. it seems they can be resurrected - whether that is right or wrong I'm not sure yet. I've heard about fan fic about those 1D boys that could make your toes curl, requests for folks to blog about celebrity feet/hands, just some really strange stuff. I'm sure this stuff went on long before I ever came across it but with today's media capabilities there might be such a thing as TMI when it comes to sharing fan love. I think I now know why these celebrities and writers have an entourage with them. I would be very scared. Don't forget that in some ways these actors are just playing a part, don't forget they are real people and deserve real respect for allowing us to believe the illusion and making it so real. Like and obsession seem to walk a fine line. Love the work, the craft, the experience but always remember they are real people too.
