Its just. Its kinda weird. Im more and more in love with this franchise every day - every day my health gets better and i find another part of myself thats waking up again after years of zombie mental health and that newly rediscovered corner of my mind has more and more love for Destiny lore and characters. Literally last night I was looking at Felwinter thinking how much more I like him than I did last month - and I liked him a whole friggin lot last month. All the blorbos are getting more and more love from me, and... now the story is getting put to sleep. So weird.

But this is where the fire comes from; this is the volcano of plans erupting. I love them so much, why stop? Im still extremely into another dead franchise that ended YEARS ago, years that I was there for when it was alive and unfinished, Destiny merely joins it. I never left it & Im not leaving Destiny. I live here now. 👏❤️‍🔥

Like ….i was talking a couple days ago with a cool dmc friends …then we talked about reboot and the similarities in dmc 5 , HOW DID I FAIL TO SEE THAT ONE !!!? Like I saw the other obscure ones but not the right into my face one …🤦🏻‍♀️

A quick introduction to my current favorites.

・Banjo Kanon (WIND BREAKER)I really love her! I got into WIND BREAKER through Tomiyama, but Banjo's crazy feel is really cute...!Her battle style was amazing, she was just way too crazy.I wonder what kind of damage she does to herself + a lot of damage.I'm curious about what her home environment is like.I love her appearance (she looks like one of my favorites that I haven't mentioned here) and her personality. He's cute.

・Ohdo Yuga (Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS) He's just so cute! I had sworn off watching Yu-Gi-Oh! again, but his appearance got me, and he had all the good moments in seasons 1 and 2! He's the rare type who stays in the lab and doesn't go home, but there's no family drama. I keep wondering—are his parents just super chill? Or is the lab on the Ohdo family's property? I also fell in love with his voice later. Cute.

・Tomiyama Choji (WIND BREAKER) I know I’ll get in trouble for saying this, but I love his dark phase…! I love good Tomiyama too, of course! But the instability and madness of his dark period is just… irresistible. He’s so good at fighting! Tiny kids like him are usually vanguards, so I was surprised to see him as the leader. Cute. The very essence of cuteness is here. 80% of my Tomiyama merch is from his dark period… I’m sorry. Cute.

・Nirei Akihiko (WIND BREAKER) At first, I honestly couldn’t tell the difference between Nirei and Tomiyama…! Sorry! Now… well, maybe it’s okay? Their facial expressions are totally different now…! When I first saw Nirei, I thought he was the “commentary” type. Then he became the “growth” slot. Watching him grow steadily is just so cute. But I think he has a lot of natural talent…? It’s just that everyone around him is insanely good. He’s earnest, straightforward, and sincere. A good kid. I still mix him up with Tomiyama. Cute.

・Hinata Shoyo (Haikyu!!) I’m back into him right now. So cute!! He’s only 162 cm, but he’s taller than Tomiyama… I think. I can’t even describe how cute he is. But sometimes he shows a darker side. He’s surprisingly strong-willed, so even though he’s small, he definitely gives “big brother” vibes. I wonder how far the anime will go… I want to watch till the end. He’s just cute all the way through!!

If you dig into their family backgrounds, the WIND BREAKER boys have some dark pasts. Maybe I’ll write more.

“Merle”!Erestor is biteable because he’s proving very, very stubborn and particular to write. I’m driving him along like a corgi, but he’s winning at the moment.

“King, Lionheart, Spymaster”!Erestor is biteable because he’s a little freak because he’s bat-shaped in spirit and gives me cuteness aggression despite being the scariest of the fic’s trio.

Interestingly enough, I’ve found that I tend to write him as Peredhel. I don’t think that’s related to me wanting to bite him, though!

I honestly can't imagine Teach and Isurd getting along at all. They're both highly respected, hypercompetent commanders, but they're also both very Type A with batshit high amounts of energy and a work ethic that makes everyone around them go spare, while their personal philosophies, values and modes of thinking are quite different. In an ideal situation I think they'd kinda just bounce off of each other, but in practice the potential of them having a high amount of Not This Fucking Guy Again energy about each other is too funny to pass up on.

ShidoIsu shippers have the right idea, though, it just should be more Coworker Nemeses/Enemies While Lovers, IMO
