I think the single biggest change to Marcel's story would come if he turned down the offer to join the verdant order. The young boy would return to the enchanted forest near his home. In time the magic of that place would turn Marcel into a full blooded fae.
His skin and hair would continue to pale until they shimmered in the light like captured starlight. He would grow two pairs of translucent silvery butterfly like wings. One pair from his back draped over his shoulders like a shroud, the other delicacy flowing across his eyes like a mask. Around his neck and dipping across his shoulder is a white down like the fluff of a moth.
He decorates himself in wreaths of medicinal flowers that he gives to children and mothers near his old village. The bound herds and flora ward off illness for as long as they are worn.
Do not time shift Niphorbis!!!! His entire existence is a paradox in of itself, trying to meddle with it and part of the multiverse will collapse in on itself!
Poor Mollycap has not lived long enough to have a place to time shift. I could make it so the planeswalker who died during the war of the spark to birth Molly survived their confrontation with the eternals. That would leave Molly as simply not existing.
A big changing point is Serrabeth life came right after the mending, with mortality now looking her square in the eye she had a choice to make. Rather then settle down on her home plane and start a family Serrabeth continued her life of adventure on the seas of the multiverse. But as the years stated to catch up to her the loneliness of a life spent on a thousand different sea hardened her hart. She now seeks to carve her legacy into the multiverse in iron and blood.

Shepherd big change would come if he chose to abandon Liesa and submit to the newly formed church of Avacyn. He would have lived a quite and commutable life but one filled with regret and guilt over his betrayal. He would have went to his grave a unhappy and unfulfilled man.
