I think that the explosion itself healed the scars off of Koyama etc? Because after being flung by the explosion itself, you'd think that everyone would have some busted bones - but Ritsu says when they find Shigeo that they'd all been healed. I'm not particularly surprised that everyone got healed from Shigeo's 100% Kindness. It seems like Shigeo was converting all of the destructive energy held inside of Touichirou into something helpful, hence why the energy became life for the broccoli.

Yes everyone was healed, I don’t think Touichirou would have survived if that hadn’t happened.But Shou’s lackeys were never shown with scars in the first place, which is why I can only come to the conclusion that Fukuda must have healed them when they deserted Claw. (You could argue that they had scars somewhere else than their faces, but that would defeat the purpose of that whole “tradition”.)
