Hello writers, friends, fanfic enjoyers, and all folk alike! With all of the excitement over acotar 6, I wanted to create a little challenge/activity to bring everyone together.
Have you seen those packages on etsy? The blind date books they now sell at target? Hand wrapped library selections? They’re everywhere! But we don’t have a fanfic equivalent… until now!
The idea is simple. Take one of your fics (or write a new one) and create a blind date for it. Include as much or as little info as you want about the fic to encourage readers to ‘check it out’ (get it, like checking out a book? Heh). Make sure you include the necessary links to ao3 etc., and tag the fics appropriately as needed.
Here’s mine as an example
Open to any and all canon ships, crack ships, x readers, oc fics, fics with no ships, and everything else i cant think of!
Ive created this template for those of you who need some inspo/help mapping out a post. Feel free to use it as is or decorate it! The boxes are transparent, so you can add your own moodboard pictures behind the template in apps like adobe fresco, procreate, pic collage or others.
Or if you can, create your own graphics to show off the theme of your fic!
This was designed for our lovely little acotar community, but is open to all sjm fics, or even other fandoms too if you want! I just think it’ll be fun to see each others fics in a new light.

Hey, it's going to be my birthday next month~! And you know the thing I love most in the whole world is encouraging people to make art, so I thought we'd have a little celebration!
Here's how it'll work:
Make an art piece of ANY KIND (writing, drawing, fiber art, photography, dance, music, video, gifs, mods, WHATEVER!) that challenges you or pushes your limits in some way! Write in second person future tense! Try a completely different style than you usually draw in! Use a different medium! Try a WHOLE NEW craft! You'll never be good until you're bad, and you'll never be bad until you START!
Anyone can participate, and you can make ANYTHING you want! Idc if it's DA as long as it's inspiring you! Please just remember to tag your pieces appropriately so that people can avoid content if they want to.
On October 23rd, 2025 (wherever you are in the world) start posting and tagging me! I will show your stuff off on here, and hopefully be able to drop likes and comments for everyone~! I will probably keep reblogging stuff until the end of the month, but I'll keep an eye on my mentions after, too!
It's just for fun, and to encourage people to try new things-- hope it'll be a good time!

Those are the main things I can think of, but if you think of something else, I'm sure I'll love it <3 Please remember that my main thing is everyone having fun, so if making stuff for me is stressful or doesn't sound interesting, don't do it! Make something that inspires YOU ✨!
Okay I keep seeing all of those people (myslef included) making tiny javerts and valjeans, how about we all make it our goal to take them places and make them a tiny travel journal bc I think it might be cute
