When your OTP that you started shipping in the first movie becomes canon in the sequel, and you're stoked for the release of that movie. But then you watch it, and it's... It's so bad. The dynamic acknowledged nothing from the first movie, it comes off like the writer just smashed the two characters together, and the worst part is, bqck in the first movie, the writer did a good job at establishing chemistry and development and reasons for the characters to vibe and get together in a sequel. But they just... Didn't use any of that groundwork. Any of it.
