#fandom problems?

I was just discussing OC names with @makelovenotbloodmagic, and apparently I have 11 fanfic OCs. This does not include their families, or even non-Inquisition based characters tbh. I must be stopped. (Right after I make 1 more so it's an even dozen.)

There are many, many reasons to comment on fanfiction, and you absolutely should, please.

But also it’s really convenient for me when I forget which chapter of a fic I left off on. I know that I comment on every single chapter, so I can just scan the comments on chapters until I find that last time I said something.

Going through the monster pile of post-its I keep on heaped on my desk (because I feel like there was something else I wanted to add to this chapter...) and I found a note where I clearly googled where people are posting fanfiction now-a-days. Poor past me, wanting to join the fandom but not knowing how...

*me, being too lazy to call it like it is, when the atla and pjo fandoms who first experienced those stories in 2005 when they were children automatically “age up” the characters in headcanons not necessarily out of thirst but because they subconsciously assume the characters they grew up with also grew up with them*

Thanks to AO3, I now compulsively check my email about 100 times a day. I’ve never been so reliable.
