First ship/first OTP:
Pardon the blur, this is one of those old-style 3-D covers that changes when you tilt the book :D I've had earlier fandoms, but I think this is the first relationship I was invested in. (Alas! Given how it ends.) Thora, fierce alien Captain of a crashed spaceship from a doomed evil empire meets military man Perry Rhodan from Earth and hates his guts so hard you just know they are going to kiss at some point. Enemies to lovers slow burn, lots of angst.
Your ship since the first minute:
Hard one, most of my ships have crept up on me. But I'm going with Vector Hyllus and Cipher Nine. Fierce alien agent of a evil empire meets Tall Dark&Handsome member of an insectoid hive mind with impeccable manners and fashion sense. I hadn't even finished their first conversation before I was mentally yelling "kiss already!" at the screen. A bit of a slow burn while Vector tries to remember how courtship works with human...oids.
Ship(s) you wish had become endgame:
Struggling a bit with this one, but Finn and Poe definitely had chemistry :D (Also, tall dark&handsome with angsty background, etc.)

Enemies to lowers, slow burn, fierce girl with a lightsaber, tall dark&handsome man with an angsty background, a hand-touch scene straight out of a historical romance, Reylo has it all :D

Arihnda Pryce, fierce leader from an evil empire meets a tall dark and handsome alien captain Grand Admiral Thrawn with an angsty background and has an antagonistic relationship with him -- that in a fairer world with end with them finally kissing, dangit. *pauses to shove fix-it fics at them*
Favorite Ship that is endgame
Kanera! Fierce alien captain of a spaceship meets tall dark and handsome man with an angsty background, slow burn (counting the prequel book :D), lightsabers and gentle touches -- what, me predictable? Never.
