However, before we begin anything I just wanted to take the time to explain my thought process while doing this in case anyone feels inspired by this challenge.
With this filter, you have two parents, an enemy, a BFF, and a crush. This filter has the minor major characters along with the adults so you might get for example Erica as a parent and then Hopper as the other parent. Obviously, you don't want to make an oc with adult and minor characters. SO, what you could do is take Erica's personality or characteristics to inspire your own OC's personality and have Hopper be a parent or parental figure for your oc. Or just use him as another defining trait of your oc!

Samantha Craven is an older teen (19 in s4)who struggles to make ends meet with an absent mother and a drunken fool as a father. Sam, despite her situation, has a very childlike personality, she enjoys sweets and cartoons, comics, and even Dungeons Dragons. She is very easily amazed by things and enjoys having fun.
Sam lives in Hawkins Forest Hills Trailer Park. Her next-door neighbor is Wayne and Eddie Munson; along with Max Mayfield in season 4.
To make ends meet Sam has several jobs. One is a waitress at a local diner and another is at Merald's General Store where her work best friend is an older woman named Joyce Byers. She's a parental figure Sam needed and wanted in her life. The same thing could be said for Jim Hopper when it came to parental figures in her life.
Sam's father was drunk a lot and arrested for doing stupid things, some of the calls were sent to Sam's trailer when neighbors were called out of concern for the girl's safety or they were annoyed with her father keeping them up at night.
Most of Sam's dad's issues were because of a man named Victor Creel. Apparently, when her father was a young teen he was in love and in a relationship with his daughter, Alice Creel. Then one day Victor Creel decided to kill his family and Alice ended up dead. Sam's father was the one who found their bodies.
Sam is also a loner, she doesn't have many friends. The only person who is a constant rock in her life is her best friend and crush Eddie Munson.
