#far from a synagogue

I know I need to study/meet with a rabbi in person to convert- but what can I do if there's no synagogue close enough to me?

I live somewhere that does not have a rabbi (there's a shul but only with visiting rabbis on a somewhat inconsistent basis). I also have no one to go with me to services. I've been a prospective convert for over a decade (lol). I really feel like I am finally ready to convert, but I have no idea how I can go about doing so!? I am also poor with kids so I can't really travel outside of my area to find another shul/rabbi :/

So im interested in learning about and potentially converting to judaism, however there’s no nearby synagogues or anything and I’m not sure how i would go about trying to engage with judaism? A bit more context: i live in the rural south and the synagogues are both just over an hour away. I figure listening to podcasts and reading books is my best course of action, but im not sure if there’s anything else i can do! Thank you and sorry if smthn like this has already been asked!

[It was too long for an ask, sorry] I’ve known for a couple of years that I want to convert to Judaism, it really makes sense to me. And I’ve known that I needed to wait until I would be able to stay in the same place for at least a few years, so I was rejoiced to know that i was soon gonna stay at least 3-4 years in the same place, but I’ve just learned that I actually probably can’t convert?

There are only two synagogues in the country I’m going to live in, one orthodox, one reform/liberal, both of them are about 4 hours away from where I’ll be living, but I’m willing to travel and find solutions (I can’t drive, but there are trains).

I want to convert in the reform movement and I don’t want to convert in the orthodox movement, but the website of the reform synagogue says they don’t offer conversion due to “limited rabbi ressources”, and I just don’t know what to do.

I feel like I’m stuck :/ I’m not sure if there is anything to do about it or if I need to accept/to face that it won’t be happening anytime soon. Any advice?
