DAY 8. "The Superhero program" YOGA n' Rest. Oof. Sore arms, shoulders, and calves. Week one of long Cardio everyday, elliptical, Yoga, light home gym work. [Sits,pushs,pulls], step machine....thingy. Relaxing with Ralphy and watching UFC between stretching. That means, I earn a bit of the ol' rest. Yoga to keep me limber, I feel tip top. The stretching is mandatory though. Constant cardio tightens everything up. Oh yeah, Happy St P. Day! Current Gameplan: First build up enough endurance to be able to push through tougher routines. Start slow but long, added focus to reps and time, not over exertion. Then when visual results are apparent, alter routine. Luckily, I have already done this once before. I have seen and felt the absolute differential between the old and new versions of JT. The energy, strength, and flexibility can make you feel like a superhuman, and In a way, it's true. Most importantly is the mental benefits, the release of inner tensions that you may not even be self aware of can be life changing. Who wants to come on this journey with me?
