HEALTHY HALLOWEEN TREAT IDEAS featuring local Malaysian cacao nibs from @benns_ethicoa 👻🎃 So nice to be sent this packet of single estate raw cacao nibs. I used them to create eyes and mouths in this easy to make Halloween treat. Just cut the banana skins off and press the nibs in. I’ve been using cacao nibs since 2015/2016 but most of them are imported so am really happy to try out these ones which are from my very own country in Sungai Ruan, Malaysia The cacao beans are sourced directly from the Koh family farm. With more than 30 years of experience, the Koh family dedicates their time to growing, fermenting and drying cacao beans. Chocolate made from their estate is known to have a unique fruity taste due to the many fruit plantations surrounding it. 🇲🇾 The Benns cacao nibs are: ✔️100% Natural ✔️Vegan ✔️Gluten Free ✔️High Antioxidants ✔️High Fibre ✔️No Sugar ✔️Rich Source of Magnesium ✔️Halal Certified 👍 From their website: Cacao nibs are the rawest form of chocolate and are basically made up of the fermented, roasted, and crushed inner fruit of the cacao beans. As the least processed chocolate product, it retains one of the highest levels of antioxidants from the cacao bean. They are crunchy, chocolatey and with no sugar at all. Great to see we have more and more local options of this superfood. How do you use your cacao nibs? ❓Comment below, I’d love to hear your ideas! . . . #ethicalchocolate #beantobar #farmerfriendly #directtrade #asiancacao #veganchocolate #darkchocolate #benns #bennschocolate #cacao #cacaonibs #halloweentreats #halloween #healthyhalloween #superfood #superfoods (at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) https://www.instagram.com/p/B39l8rlJNN4/?igshid=hi34l8ns2mmv
