Tipua: the wrath of Ngārara...
...has just hours to go and is around $1000 NZ/$600 USD from its funding goal!
Support indigenous TTRPG design and get access to a cool spin on the Fate system in the process. The game and its setting are steeped in tikanga and te ao Māori: Tipua is set on the distant planet of Karito—a vast, labyrinthine world where tangled rivers wind through swampy wetlands, shadowy forests, ancient pā (fortification sites), and the mysterious portals known as Ngā Pūmotomoto. For those of you who have experienced the wonders of Aotearoa and Te Wai Pounamu, you will see some obvious similarities.
It's so affordable too. $20 NZ (about 12 USD) nabs you the digital rulebook and printable custom Fate tokens, as well as a social media shout out and access to the backers discord.
If nothing else: please have a read of the Kickstarter and share this post around! Not long to go and it would amazing if this awesome Māori-led team could reach their funding goal.
Embark on an adventure to confront the cursed beast, Ngārara before it destroys the lands of Karito.
Bit of an odd set, this one, but it's so fun to make mismatched sets!
My friend took on a commission to make dice for my friends for our game of Fate! The colors were based on characters.

These Fate dice are limited edition Valentine's Day dice from @krakendicedotcom ! The purple hue of the blue stripe is so fun.
What are your dice exorcism/punishment/blessing rituals?
We have a serious problem with a bunch of fate dice for the game I'm running. I have six generic sets that I put out for the players to use, and one player has three sets of their own. Every player has rolled way below the average in every session. This is even with dice from different places.
While the GM dice are rolling either normally or high. I don't know what's going on. Players usually rotate through several sets per game, and even tried mixing up the different sets. We have one set particularly that tends to roll -4 at least once per session O.o.
Bundle of dice bags ready for sale! Hopefully these will soon be available at a local gaming shop, as they're planning on opening an artists' section to their store.
These bags are all made from fabric scraps. Anything that is too small or oddly shaped to use for costumes or clothes is used, eliminating as much waste as I possibly can. The little things we do in our lives and our jobs build on each other to make a real difference- and honestly, I think they're pretty cute!
Take a look at this kickstarter guys!
The first time around I found this set on the last day of its project and it hadnt been funded and I can't even describe how disappointed I was. So I'm very thrilled to see it back again so soon. Each die has it's own unique divination theme. I particularly like the planchettes candle and tarot ones, but each looks amazing. Designed by Dougoutcrafts on etsy and to be manufactured by q-workshop
I definitely hope to see these get funded this time around. I'm already pledged for one set, and now I'm waiting to see what other colors they put out for the stretch goals.
