🏃‍♂️ #FathersDayRun 👨‍👧 Nice medium distance run today along the Maumee River and down the middle of the closed section of Landin Rd. If you want to know what a post apocalyptic world would feel like be in the middle of a 4 lane road with a small median and no cars over a half a mile in front or back of you and weeds growing up the cracks in the road. 20 days till my next half Marathon in Michigan and feel much better today about getting a respectable time! Okay, so I know this isn't exactly an active forum for me here, and I don't technically know anyone, but I'm asking that anyone who sees this consider sponsoring me for the Father's Day Walk/Run for Prostate Cancer.

Please consider it.  Don't we all have at least one important man in our lives who deserves our support?

Over 6 years ago, my dad was diagnosed with inoperable prostate cancer.  He's gone through radiation, and experimental treatments and is just finishing up a round of chemotherapy.  He's doing well.  But they've said that before.  And all the "well-ness" went away.  I need there to be something that I can do.  And this walk is all there is.  I'm a daddy's girl.  I can't lose him.  Not yet.
