after one (1) job interview and ~90 minutes of driving i'm like physically ill and unreasonably exhausted maybe i'm actually disabled for real

i need a nap 😵‍💫

every time i come out of an episode the physical pain comes back. vice versa, when i start dissociating the pain gets muted. i don’t think this is a coincidence.

there's something about the me/cfs "life exhausted" and insomnia "never sleepy tired" combo that just hits hard during pem. it's been keeping me up the past few days, i feel like a gas station hot dog or,, ,perhaps a grocery store rotiserrie@ the way i roll around in vain trying to find a comfy position
