i guess this is an intro post? here goes!
my name's solar (or marbles!) you can call me sol or deerfreak too, i'm not your boss. more beneath the fold~
i post here because it helps me feel present and connected to people. i switch between posting random things that pop into my head that i think are funny (it's 50/50 on if they actually are), slightly thought out rambles about music or art or disability, and plainly talking about my day as catharsis. it's nice to just talk gently with the void sometimes.
i'm from midwestern usa, live in new england now. i'm over 18, an artist/creative professional, bird enjoyer, cat owner, photographer, music listener, life liver (i've been known to dabble), and ambulatory wheelchair user. i have me/cfs, audhd, and cptsd.
my asks and dms are open for chits and chats too, i'm not fussed which one! i struggle reaching out first but mutuals are more than welcome to say hi :3
as far as tags go, i've got a few that are ultimately pointless but i have fun with em. #solar et cetera is my general tag, i use that most often. i use #sol rambles for longer posts, and #( solar's music corner ) for posts about my music discovery. #fatigueposting is for anything related to my disability, #sol gold stars is for my favorite posts of mine, #deerjester posting is for anything related to me as a deers or my sona 🦌
lastly and most importantly! i am a trans woman on this website! in case anything happens to my account, i'm working on archiving my posts on neocities (this post will be updated when that's live) and mutuals can ask for my bluesky.
