In regards to my previous asks, what would you add or change to the miraculous heroes suits to make them more cohesive?
uh, well. I would make them less traditional "superhero" supersuits and more oriented to their personalities, skillsets, and a touch of practicality... as well as themed after their kwami more intensely.
inspired by the Rooster! Felix and Mouse! Marinette au from @arcadeology
Faverolle cupped his hands around his mouth and called his power; “Roll Call!”
Immediately, the pointed nose of his mask lit up and he cleared his throat. With a glance at the Multimouse beside him, he shouted again, “Calling Sabrina Raincomprix!” As the words left his mouth, two beams of light shot out and solidified into… nothing.
Sabrina had been akumatized as Vanisher again, but Felix knew his power worked, and he was proven right as dozens of Multimice leapt out with ropes in their hands, tying Vanisher down in an instant and maneuvering the akumatized pin away from her.
Once it was out from under Sabrina, the pin was assaulted with the dozens of armored feet of dozens of Multimouse warriors, until it broke and the akuma wiggled out.
Now it was the tricky part.
The guardian had told them that only the Ladybug miraculous, the one with the power to heal and create, could purify the akuma. However, the earrings had been dormant for decades now, and showed no sign of awakening. Since Hawkmoth was in possession of the ring of the Black Cat already, Multimouse and Faverolle both had an earring hidden on their person for protection. Despite this, they still could purify the butterflies.
So they had to destroy them instead.
Like clockwork, each Multimouse grabbed a section of the butterfly with one hand, and joined the remaining hands in the center. After Felix blinked the bright glow out of his eyes, one singular Multimouse was standing before him, visor shining in the hotel light.
All was well, except for the reporters.
Typically, Faverolle and Multimouse were able to get away before they were caught by bloggers and photographers. Today was not one of those days.
“Faverolle, Faverolle! Why don’t you just use Roll Call on Hawkmoth and fight him”
“Multimouse! Do your miniature versions share a mind?”
“Are you two a couple?”
“What are you planning on doing about Chat Noir and Hawkmoth?”
Microphones were jammed in their faces as the reporters hounded them for answers.
Faverolle straightened his back. “I cannot call Hawkmoth because I don’t know his true name; without that, the call won’t work. And we are doing everything we can about the villains tormenting Paris, but there’s only so much that we know.”
“My multiplied form is a little weird; sometimes it’s a joined mind, like multiple limbs, and other times they're completely independent of each other. Also, Fav and I aren’t dating, no matter how much he wishes.”
Faverolle let out a dramatic sigh and pressed Multimouse’s hand to his forehead as he dropped to one knee. “If only, my powerful knight.”
She giggled and pushed him back to his feet with a finger to his nose. “Pretty bird.”
Their respective miraculouses blinked and they bid goodbye to the press.
“See you for nightly patrol?” Se shouted over the wind in his ears as they ran across the rooftops of Paris.
“Wouldn’t miss it for the world, Starry Knight!”
They split off and Felix ducked into his open window, letting his transformation fall. Orikko spun around him with a puzzled expression. He was unused to his holders avoiding or giving short answers to inquiring minds.
All rooster holders were proud; just like how mice were good multitaskers, or ladybugs were creative and quick thinkers, roosters made connections and tended to be well-thought of within those connections. Having a holder that didn’t care about being well-thought of by strangers was confusing for Orikko. He and Felix had discussed it before, but there was still an adjustment period.
Felix flicked a piece of caramel corn at the kwami while he grabbed his bag and rifled for a folder. “I’m afraid there won’t be much time to roost, Ori. I’ve promised to meet some friends for a movie and desserts at the Dupain-Cheng’s.”
“An excellent choice in companionship, Felix! The upcoming reporter, the aspiring director and musical artist, and the fantastic Miss Dupain-Cheng! My only hesitance is…” he gave Felix a meaningful look.
Felix sighed. “I’m not going to avoid Adrien. He’s living in an abusive household, it’s not really his fault that he doesn’t know how to have any ambitions.”
“I know that! You’ve made your certainty on the matter exceptionally clear. My hesitance lies in the fact that you’re ignoring any opportunity of developing a budding relationship with Marinette.”
“I’m not- we’re-” Felix took a second to compose himself, seeing as his face was beginning to develop a pink tint, “Marinette is a close, personal friend. My best friend, I would say. You know my heart lies with Multi.”
Orikko cooed a little and responded, “I know, but she’s not responded to your advances, and there’s no fault in moving on…”
“Multimouse hasn’t responded to my advances because there’s been no advances to speak of.” His face was definitely red now. “We have more important things to worry about than a romantic relationship right now, like defeating Hawkmoth and his partners.” With that, he slung his bag over his shoulder and started walking out his bedroom door.
“I’m only saying, if your knight doesn’t know about your interest, there’s no betrayal in pursuing another. Especially someone with as many connections as Marinette!”
Felix huffed and shut his door. Him and Marinette; how ridiculous.
She wasn’t even interested in him.

“Felix!” The room cheered as he stepped in.
“You’re just in time, we were about to start without you.” Alya shot him a mischievous grin. “There’s a seat open next to Mari.”
She waved a little as he walked over.
“What are we watching? I forgot to ask at school.” He whispered to her as the opening previews began and Alya shouted at Nino to skip them.
“Cinderella. We’re trying to show Adrien as many Disney movies as possible.”
“And you thought Cinderella was the right way to go?” He glanced at Adrien, who had chosen a seat as far away from everyone else as possible. “I’d have suggested some of the old Mickey cartoons as a starting point.”
“We’re hoping that the stepmom rings some bells.”
“Fair enough.”
They watched in silence until Cinderella began singing “A dream is a wish your heart makes,” when Marinette made an offhand comment.
“I always wanted to be like her when I was little.”
Felix shifted to look at her. “Oh?”
“Yeah, the dress, the prince, the dress.” She chuckled a little. “Of course, now I realize that I wanted to be the fairy godmother the whole time.”
“No prince for you, then?”
She flailed around for a second, all the while whispering excuses as loud as she could. “What? I don’t-” She paused for a second, hands settling in her lap. “I wouldn’t say that, exactly.”
“Hmm.” Felix hummed, satisfied.
Wait…
No, not satisfied. Just pleased that Marinette trusted him with such personal things.
