⋮⋆˙⟡  They  worried  that  maybe  the  bite  marks  were  too  much.  They  both  had  a  job  that  often  called      for  discretion      A-Yeong  knew  that  well  enough,  but  they  couldn't  help  themself  when  she  made  that  noise.  Memories  of      the  night  before      coming  back  at  the  worst  time,  causing  a      small  smirk      that  flashed  across  their  features,  that  they      try  to  hide.      But  that  little  truth  falls  from  her  lips…and  it  almost  feels  like  an  invitation  for  more.

Brows  arch  a  little,  silently      playing  back      what  she  had  said.  Like  they're  trying  to  make  sure  they  heard      what  they  thought.      And  the  thing  is…it's  exactly  what  they  thought  she  said.  Which  is  exactly  what  A-Yeong  wanted  to  here.  There's  a      silent  pause.      The  faintest  swish  of  their  tails,  or  at  least      the  presence  of  them.      Like  a  gust  of  wind  with  no  source  if  Zoey  tried  to  look  for  one.  Then,  in  a      lightning  swift      motion,  the  Kumiho  stands  before  the  hunter  with  a  hungry      tempting  look      in  those  amber  colored  eyes.

❝Is  that  so?❞  Head  tilted  the      other  way.      Eyes  trailing  down  to  where  one  of  the  bitemarks  showed  above  the  collar  of  her  shirt.  Another  one  would  look  so  nicely  next  to  it.  They  paused,  before      licking  lips.      ❝How  about  some  more  to  match?❞

"What's that over there?!" *splat!* (she just smooshed half a banana in Sin's face and ran away)

Perhaps he was the most gullible monkey in the world, or perhaps he didn't think before he acted, but either way, it had ended with Sin having a banana'd face. As he felt the fruit smooshing against his skin, his jaw dropped somewhat and his eyes widened as he looked to Zoey with a faux incredulity. He chased after her to catch up, standing in front of her.

Then, without breaking eye contact, he grabbed the banana that had stayed on his face with his fingers, and ate it.

"Don't cover me if food unless you plan to lick it off, Zoe..."

⋮⋆˙⟡  It's  always  the  same  cute  aggression  with  Zoey.  Something  that  they  had  to  get      used  to      when  they  had  first  heard  about  the  term,  only  for  Zoey  to  show  them  just  how  much  they  identified  and  triggered  the  term.  Now  they  just  couldn't  help  but  smile  bashfully  with  a  bit  of  a  blush.  Mostly  because  it  wasn't      just  Aya      that  pulled  that  out  of  people…But  Zoey  herself  had      her  own  way      of  doing  that  to  people.

⠀  ⠀  ⠀  ⠀  ⠀A-Yeong  being  one  of  them  obviously.

Eyes  went  wide  when  they  looked  at  Zoey.  Lips  curled  into  a    shocked  smile      that  looked  like  they  were  about  to  start  laughing.  And  it  was  possible  that  they  really  just  might.  A  second,  then  another,  and  soon  they  were  allowing      that  chuckle      to  leave  them  as  they  playfully  shoved  the  rapper.  ❝You  should  be  the  one  to  talk…You  cause  that  reaction  for  me  every  time  you  walk  into  the  room!❞

⋮  ˏˋ°•*⁀➷  Jae-Young's  mouth  hung  open  slightly  in  mild  shock.  Did  she  really  just  do  what  he  thought  she  had  done?  It  never      ceased  to  amaze      the  bulgae,  how  simple  little  amusements  managed  to  get      such  a  laugh      from  them.  Most  of  the  time…It  annoyed  him  to  on  end.  But  when  Zoey  did  it,  he  was  left  just  watching  her  with  mild  amazement  he  didn't  show  most.  Jae  was  always  known  to  be  the      tough  guy      even  to  some  of  the  people  he  cared  about  most.  Very  few  managing  to  get      the  softer  side      of  him..

⠀  ⠀  ⠀  ⠀  ⠀And  here  she  was  swooping  in  to  CLAIM  A  SPOT!

He  shook  his  head  some,  trying  to  bring      himself  back      to  the  current  moment  after  the  small  rapper  managed  to      completely  blindside  him.      First  though…lips  curled  into  an  amused  smile  before  he  even  knew  what  was  happening.  ❝Did  you  really  just-❞  He      cut  himself  off,      making  a  small  grimacing  face  while  that  smile  still  stayed,  followed  by  a  low      but  amused  chuckle.      ❝You  know  what  forget  it.❞  His  eyes  shifted  to      the  toy      in  her  hand.  Wondering  if  that  was  actually  for  him.

𝐁𝐈𝐑𝐓𝐇𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒  𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐄  𝐀𝐋𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒  𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃  𝐓𝐎  𝐓𝐇𝐄  𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐓  𝐃𝐄𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐄  𝐈𝐍  𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐈𝐑  𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐘  ;  and  he  had  begun  to  think  that  had  come  from  his  Little  Appa’s  side  of  the  family  (  had  to  be,  because  there  was  no  ‘side’  to  his  Big  Appa’s  family  …  except  for  their  aunt  and  that  was  it  —  and  he  was  pretty  sure  she  wasn’t  like  this  with  birthdays,  from  what  he  could  remember  ).  Because  of  that,  everyone  who  was  anyone  somehow  managed  to  know  about  his  and  Sungwoo’s  shared  birthday,  though,  with  Zoey  being  a  friend  of  his  uncle  Cheol-min  and  Seungho’s  for  who  knows  how  long  (  and  an  aunt  figure  to  lil’  Cheol-min,  none  the  less  ),  he  shouldn’t  be  surprised.  This  wasn’t  the  first  birthday  she  celebrated  of  his.

𝐆𝐈𝐅𝐓  𝐈𝐒  𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐃  𝐀𝐓  𝐇𝐈𝐒  𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃,  Cheol-min  turning  at  the  right  time  and  eyes  widening  as  he  catches  it  right  before  it  his  him  square  in  the  face,  blinking  before  letting  out  a  groan.

“Ugh,  Aunt  Zo  !  You  almost  took  my  eye  out  !”  Lips  purse  as  he  shakes  the  box.  “Uh,  what’s  in  it?”
