When it comes to the burger, this is no trailer park trash! Mine was made up of two premium Aussie beef patties, double American cheese, caramelised onion, jalapeños, sliced pickles, American mustard and ketchup. A toasted brioche bun was used as a good mobile home for all the ingredients. The presentation was spot on, it's the neatest and cleanest burger that's been served to me so far. Plus, all the ingredients held together until the very end. The flavours worked well, but the burger would definitely benefit from a little more fat in the patties. The jalapeños added a nice kick that combined well with the sauces. The balance of the contents was great too, just enough of everything and a solid enough bun to stop you getting your hands dirty. The fries were super, golden, crispy and delicious. They tasted like double fries chips, but I don't think they are.
