um @ anon universally hierarchizing types of abuse is an impossible and unproductive project lol... there are so many vectors to how people individually experience abuse cases that are "the same" on paper; these categories are broad and overlap IMMENSELY, you can't really call one inherently "worse" than another. more importantly no one is tangibly helped by those assertions, they don't do work to actually prevent or discourage abuse, all it does is create a grotesque sort of competition between victims/survivors :| LET PEOPLE FRAME THEIR OWN ABUSE IN WAYS THAT THEY FIND HELPFUL, not everything has to be a comparative study dawg 🙃🙃🙃

this is why i never make personal posts on here anymore cuz somebody always has something to say about it and it’s exhausting. like bro i was just observing that i am doing just as poorly psychologically in my current abusive home situation as i was in my previous one despite being totally different abuse tactics. why do people have to make it into a debate. is it not enough to be like damn this sucks just as bad as my bullshit with my dad only in a different way do i really have to put 500 disclaimers or can i just discuss my personal experiences
