I am more okay than I expected to be today. That has been happening a lot more lately. I find myslef more and more ok with the I feel. Yeah, some days are harder than others to get over. But I just push through, but today is different. Today I feel okay. I havent felt like this is a very very long time.

most of you probably won’t care about this post ha but I need to make it anyway because I want to have this recorded. I had been running a depression blog for a while, mostly 2013-2014. I’ve been doing a lot better lately (despite rough patches and such) and today I decided that it was time to delete dontfollowmedown. I know it sounds silly and trivial but I’m actually pretty proud of myself. idk. again, this isn’t really directed towards my followers or anything, I just wanted to document it, I suppose.
