No wonder I like Hades. I was born February 20th 2005, so I just looked up God of February. Turns out in Ancient Etruscan Society there was a god named Februus. Februus was a god of purification and the underworld in Etruscan Society. His wikipedia page is very small, but I get the impression that Februus was forgotten once the Roman Empire absorbed the Etruscan City States. Anyway, wikipedia says that Pluto was the Roman equivalent of Februus, so I guess that mean Hades/Pluto might as well be the Greek/Roman God of February by proxy. So no wonder I always liked Hades and Nico. I was born in the auspicious month for them.

In ancient Roman religion, Februus was the god of purification. He was also worshipped by the Etruscans as the god of purification, riches, the underworld and death.

February is dedicated to the god named Februus. It's the god of the underworld, riches, death and purification. Februus' holy month was Februarius, hence English February, a month named for the Februa spring purification festival which occurred on the 15th of that month.
