BREAKING: Federal prosecutors filed an objection to defense's proposed jury questionnaire questions - in turn revealing some of them - of which there will be over 80 in total.

Remember: New York & surrounding counties' residents do NOT have strong views about health insurance industry. If you're potential juror from the counties below and have personal public social media accounts - at the very least delete all your anti-health insurance posts and comments, and change your username. Now. Because prosecutors (i.e. feds) are going to check them.

The less there is to know about you online, the better. Do NOT pretend to be conservative/MAGA/etc., this won't increase your chances of getting in. Quite the opposite. Center or apolitical is where it is at. You don't care about current events.

Defense also wants to ask about jurors' religious practices, their children's information (age, gender, occupation, etc.), and their familiarity with Midtown Manhattan's area, all of which has interesting implications. We're going to make another thread with an overview & advice on passing the jury questionnaire, which will be administered inside the courthouse. Potential jurors won't know they're selected for this case until then, so it is important to inform yourself and prepare beforehand - just in case.
