I gave the birds and squirrels a fright this morning when I refilled the feeder. This is typically an evening job, but I could hear the birds squabbling over the remnants of seeds on the ground. 🐿️
Everyone is feasting again and seems pleasant. I can spot about five different types of feather friends from my couch. A curious Brown Thrasher keeps hopping near the glass door and having a peek in.
I’m feeling nervous about the state of drought we are in as we climb to 90 degrees this week. I have to be there for my plant friends. ☀️
