Hi, Sil! What are your thoughts on forgiveness and second chances?

I think forgiveness must be continual. Because sometimes we *think* we have forgiven someone but then – suddenly and uninvitedly – unpleasant memories strikes back. Or a person does the same mistake. We can choose either to forgive again or to let ourselves be drawn into negative emotions. It takes persistency – until even intentionally thinking of it doesn’t affect us at all.

On second chances, well there’s no absolute formula. Some things/people should be given not only a second chance, but also a third, fourth, fifth and so on. But at the other hand, we should be wise enough to know when not even a second chance should be given.
