More Late Night Robot Romcom Ideas b/c I'm in the sweet spot of story creation where there isn't a canon to stick to yet and everyone is finding out who they are.

Pearl's arch nemesis, the dude on the show's cast (the dude who does the Loney Island style music vids, I think he was literally described in the pitch as "Andy Samberg in character from those vids but not actually Andy b/c he's too pure") is doing late night edits for the show this week, and Langston is there b/c Pearl is working late too, and they get to talking and basically Langston inadvertently inspires him to go on a road trip to confront his father for being a dick, and ofc gets dragged along and it just spirals.

i know it's ancient history, but it's still feeling electric

I never tire of hearing how much people love Feeling Electric!!

this is another one where I had sequel plans but they never quite panned out. it was going to be the Doctor's second year at college, and Rose coming out for a campus tour was going to, ironically, break them up temporarily again because these two are idiots.

The basic structure:

- Doctor picks Rose up at the airport, crib the Stolen Earth run but instead of being shot by Daleks he's mowed down by a luggage cart - something something Jack walks in on them but it's mostly fine actually - something something the Doctor gets it in his head that Rose is just following him to college to be with him and not because it's the best school for her, and he doesn't want her to make those kinds of decisions about HIM, he's not worth it - dumb sacrificial breakup even though they're IN LOVE and WANT TO BE TOGETHER

It's so awkward he can't even bring her to the airport, so Jack does, and that's where we get the "you are worth fighting for" kiss when Jack tells her he'll make the Doctor see reason.
