As the summer comes to an end and school begins for most of us, you might feel yourself starting to become very overwhelmed. Anytime you start to get an anxiety/panic attack from being overwhelmed remember RAIN!

💕Allow the experience to be there just as it is
💕Investigate with kindness
💕Natural awareness, which comes from NOT identifying with the situation
Using RAIN can help comfort your inner child and help keep you calm during those times when your feeling like things are getting to be too much.
