Sadness
We have emotions that bring different feelings and they move our lives in many directions. The love we share with each other, fulfills our needs and so much joy. When we lose someone or something real special in our lives we are caught off guard making us sad and we do’t know if we can go on. When we are sad we experience a new meaning and we feel a wide range of emotions.
When we are sad, “we reflect’, “we feel’, ‘we stop”. This unveils so much about us and who we are. Sadness has information for us to learn, where we are going, and where do we find our strength. Sadness shows us to love one another, enjoy what we have, builds strength to move forward. Our emotions drive our lives and they fulfill our needs. We need to let love into our hearts, so resentment doesn’t take over leading us down a isolated road. Be sad, feel love, and know how special this moment is because if we are sad, it means we experienced love.
Allow ourselves to feel sad,
Sadness has information for us,
Sad has energy.
If we have happy moments, then the reality is that we will experience sad moments. We move openly, with no restrictions, with love we can overcome sadness. We can use the energy to create more for our lives by combating sadness with the information it brought us.
