Shinso’s lock screen and home screen would be two different photos but they would be both that were taken behind your back sjdkfkjs
Like his lock screen might be a photo of you sleeping and his home screen a photo of your back as you were cooking at the stove
It’s just all very domestic and candid photos of you, all of which you had NO idea he had even taken
Sometimes you can’t even tell the photo was of you because it would just be like your arm on the couch or something
This man just really loves the authenticity of a low quality photo taken at home
He thinks that the proper photos should be saved to be framed and all that, but the messier, blurrier ones are to be set as his wallpaper as a reminder of the little things
Shoto:
Shoto is probably the only one here that will set a properly taken photo of you as his camera roll LOLOL
ALSO this dude has the same lock screen and home screen wallpaper you can’t change my mind
The photo would look like it was taken at a professional photoshoot even though it was probably taken on his phone in less than a second
But he didn’t sneakily capture the shot -- like he actually had you pose and all that
I’m imagining cherry blossoms for some reason -- like the photo would be you looking at cheery blossom trees or or like on a bench in front of one
ALSO when he’s setting it he will definitely let you know and have you help him pick the best one from the batch
Bakugo:
HE IS A LIL BULLY WITH IT
His lock screen will be a PURPOSEFULLY embarrassing photo of you
He makes sure that you look very wonky in that photo and it’s his lock screen so people can see it without having to unlock his phone
BUT he makes up for it by putting up a very sentimental photo as his home screen
Home screen wallpapers are a bit more hidden and personal from everyone else
So I imagine he’ll set it as a PROPER photo of you smiling or a photo of the two of you
Probably wouldn’t be a professionally taken photo, but it wouldn’t be as random as the one’s Shinso sets
Just like a cute selfie at home that you two took on the couch during movie night or something

Bakugo would ABSOLUTELY LOVE a friend who can match his energy and roast people with him
HOWEVER. I do imagine your first time meeting to be a little bit wonky
Bakugo probably already knew that you were good at roasting people, and so he kind of saw you as a threat because what if you roast him ?? He would not appreciate that very much
So in the beginning he’s a bit weary of you, doesn’t really start conversations and won’t really talk to you unless necessary
But one day when he’s roasting someone you joined in and HE WAS SO IMPRESSED BY YOUR SKILLS
Befriends you immediately right there and then
From then on you two were just an unstoppable dynamic
And he honestly really appreciates you being there because you’d often keep him in place as well
If he ever goes overboard or steps over a line you’re there to inform him and bring him back
It’s just all good vibes plain and simple
Shinso:
Shinso didn’t realize how much he needed a friend that was good at roasting people until you came along LOLOL
I think that Shinso is also secretly good at roasting people but he chooses to not say it out loud and just keep it in his head instead
BUT WITH YOU HERE he can tell you the jokes and you can say it out loud askjhdfkj
Also sometimes you think of a roast that’s better than his and he just loves watching you absolutely lose it with the roasts
If Shinso had bullies he sure doesn’t now because you would’ve already sent them running home crying
When Shinso first met you he wasn’t as on guard as Bakugo was
But he was very interested in being your friend even though he didn’t show it

Shinsou’s quirk is very similar to yours, and he used to be quite self conscious about his quirk, only because people often saw it as more of a threat than someone that could be used for good
But then you came along and you were basically living proof that his quirk isn’t hopeless for a hero because you’re such a pure person and you could never do wrong with your own quirk
Praises you so much for how smart you are and how good you are at using your quirk -- everything that he wishes someone had told him sooner, he would tell you to make sure that you’d never doubt yourself
He also thinks it’s so cool that you two are matching quirks basically???
Like other couples match rings or shirts or whatever but you two MATCH QUIRKS
He totally uses that to show off, and he’s not even someone who really enjoys bragging to others, but this is the one thing that he can’t really help doing
Would also love training much much more because he can train with you now
AND AND seeing you improve is a huge plus
He’s just ahhh he’s just so proud of you constantly because you two can kind of share struggles and insecurities so he tries his best to be a good support system for you and he’s so sweet about it constantly <3
Let’s say that the S/O was abused and treated horribly by every adult figure all due to being Quirkless. Parents, teacher, police officer? Nobody helped her and abused her in all sorts of horrible ways, leading to her being heavily touch starved, quiet, and covered from neck to toe in bandages to hide her scars and bruises. Can I get HCs of Sero, Todoroki, Izuku, Shouji, Shinsou, and Tokoyami reacting and giving her the love she deserves? If this is too much for you, you can do a few characters.
Comforting S/o who’s had a Dark Past

To start off I just wanted to note that I made the hcs way more general than you described, simply because it was easier for me to write and certain topics you mentioned in the request I wasn’t very comfortable with writing -- as well, just a heads up that there are no explicit mentions of any of the trauma that their s/o goes through but still maybe take some caution when you’re reading just in case

Sero:
Sero just has that naturally very open and friendly personality so it’s not difficult to feel more relaxed and safe around him
He’s not the best at confronting tough situations though, so while he might not be as good with his words he would rather describe them through actions and gentle touches
Sero is always there to listen and give advice (although he’s not very confident with his advice) -- regardless he still tries his best
And he is very very good at distracting you from those nasty thoughts / flashbacks whenever they ambush you
Sero always makes sure to take notes of your hobbies, likes/dislikes so he can literally spark up a conversation with you about anything at any time to take your mind off things
He understands how sometimes we don’t really want to confront whatever we’re dealing with -- he’s more than willing to help you process your thoughts and show moral support
Todoroki:
Poor baby has been there, he knows the long lasting effects of a bad childhood and trust me he is doing everything in his might to help you get through this
He’s definitely more of a talker when it comes to these things compared to Sero, simply because he can relate
Keep in mind that this relationship is a two way street so please treat him with kindness and be there for him as well babes :(
Todoroki is also very mindful when he has to distract you from yourself
I think he would have a little comfort kit for you where it’s literally just things that will take your mind off of things and a list of topics to talk about that will turn your attention somewhere else
Of course with that being said he’s not going to just be distracting you 24/7 so when it’s time you’re ready to open up about things he’s sitting there full attention to you and ready to listen
Shinsou:
Shinsou is just naturally good at calming people down and honestly just be thankful for him
He’s just the type of person that would never lie simply because he has no reason to so it makes his words of reassurance 300% more effective
Doesn’t seem like a talker -- but I think he’s good with words (although he’d prefer to listen to you most of the time)
Shinsou’s not a very upfront type of touchy person but if he’s comfortable enough with you and you with him,, he would definitely be open to cuddles and those very long warm hugs where all his words are conveyed in the hug
Shinsou’s probably the one that will spend the most time with you out of the three in this post,, like I’m saying you two are attached at the hip
So that means he can read all your cues very easily and he can easily tell when your behaviour changes and why
Meaning usually he saves you from spiralling too much in your thoughts
ALSO ALSO he would be very quick to identify when you’re uncomfortable in a situation and he’ll be able to get you out of there asap

Summary: Shinso finally meets someone who sees him for more than his quirk.

Good thing you’re not a villain!
The comments aren’t supposed to be insulting, they’re not supposed to deteriorate his confidence. Yet why do they make Shinso so uncomfortable?
His entire life, Shinso’s quirk has been the most interesting one in his class. The uproar he receives from it are mostly positive, but overtime it’s begun to feel like the opposite.
Fast forward many years later prior to his first year at U.A., Hitoshi sits in class staring out the window as usual while his teacher talks about high school applications. Shinso’s set on becoming a pro hero, and he believes U.A. is the school where he will achieve his dream, but the practical exam seems to be in the way. Hand to hand combat isn’t his forte. He could brainwash someone and force them to sneak him into the acceptance list, but that would be a bad start to the kind of job he is going for.
Footsteps begin to approach his classroom and everyone turns their heads to see what is the cause of the sound.
A new student walks in. It’s as if the room just began the float, the atmosphere immediately becoming lighter by their presence. “Hi,” they shyly greet the class.
Shinso doesn’t really react, it’s just a new classmate, why should he care? Probably just another person who’s going to remind him that his quirk is suited for a villain.
As time goes by, Shinso finds out his new classmate’s name, (Y/N). He still has no interest in them, even though (Y/N) has become quite popular in class. So popular that the two haven’t even had time to speak because of how bombarded (Y/N) always is with their friends.
If he’s being completely honest, Hitoshi sometimes catches (Y/N) staring at him. With eyes blown wide, they look at him as if he just said the most shocking thing in the world.
(Y/N), on the other hand, doesn’t even realize how obvious it is that they’re staring. All that fills the student’s mind was, who is that boy? Is he the mind controller? Why doesn’t he ever talk? I see people talking to him but he never seems to initiate conversations.
Shinso doesn’t even mind, he’s too focused on getting accepted into U.A. to mind.

The light taps of rain catch Shinso’s attention. He internally cursed himself for forgetting an umbrella, although his mom reminded him before he left. Guess I’ll just walk in the rain today.
The rain seemed to want to taunt the purple-haired boy even more, as it began to thunderstorm right as school ended.
Hitoshi stood at the main doors of his school, thinking about how in the world he is going to get home without being drenched.
Whatever, today was laundry day anyways. He extends his arm and opens the door to give into the rain. As the drops begin to come his way, he realizes he’s not getting wet. At all.
It doesn’t take Shinso long to realize there’s actually an umbrella over his head now, and (Y/N) is on the other side of the handle. He's quite shocked, why are they still in the building? I thought everyone left already?
“Wouldn't want to catch a cold right?” (Y/N) said with a smile.
“Right,” was all he could say at the moment. Anyone going out of their way to help Shinso was kind of a weird concept to him. People were nice to him sure, but only because they were just his classmates trying to kill time by making small talk.
(Y/N) gestures the boy to start walking and the two make their way out of the school yard in silence.
“So you’re Shinso?” they attempt to initiate the conversation.
“Yeah,” is all Shinso says.
“I’ve heard a lot about you. A lot about your quirk actually.”
Here we go, he thought. Shinso wonders how they’re going to say it. Your quirk is so deadly and cool! Your quirk is perfect for a villain! You won’t use your quirk on me right? He begins to think about all the commentary he’s received about his quirk over the years.
“Your quirk must be so useful for saving people, I wish mine was like that!”
Now that was not something Shinso expected them to respond with.
“Sorry?” Was all he could spit out, still in disbelief of his ears.
“Well, your quirk is mind control right? So doesn’t that mean you can control people’s emotions in a way?”
Hitoshi never actually thought of it that way, controlling emotions as a form of aid. He has been able to control someone’s emotion before, but it was short term and definitely challenging on his end.
“It would be useful for rescue missions,” continued (Y/N), “you would be able to help them calm down no? Reduce the panic in the situation and make it easier for a successful mission.”
Shinso couldn’t believe his ears, his entire life his quirk has been one of his biggest insecurities. People always speak about him as if he’s only good for evil deeds, yet here was the new student at school, explaining how he would be good hero material.
“I guess you're right, I’ve never thought about it that way actually,” he confesses.
The rest of the way home was very pleasant. (Y/N) shares more about themselves, mostly how life was at their old school, and Shinso couldn’t help but smile the entire time, enjoying the conversation.
As Hitoshi arrives home and makes his way to the kitchen. He sees his mother cooking dinner, as usual.
“Toshi! Did you get soaked in the rain? I told you to bring an umbrella, go change before you get a cold! Put your wet clothes in the laundry basket and go give yourself a warm bath. Dinner is almost done and you need to-“ She freezes in place as she meets her son’s eyes. He stands there, completely dry, and with no umbrella in sight.
Shinso honestly didn’t even interpret the words his mother just said to him, he can't help the movement of his lips beginning to form into a smile, his eyes squinting ever so slightly as he can finally truly embrace his quirk and accept himself completely.
