Thank you for making that Harry rec list those works were so good and you’re right there isn’t enough of them! I was wondering if you might also have some recs for Mary Jane, Gwen, and/or Felicia?? I feel like they get ignored in fic a lot

This is going to be another quick reclist wherein I basically just wave my arms frantically at everything @bipeteparker/gleesquid @ ao3 has written, because Sydney’s my champion and nobody loves the women of Spider-Man like her. Also, the Spider-Man tags scare me. And I wish more of the het smut wasn’t written by dudes.

But some specific recs from Gleesquid’s library:

We Got the Beat, Mary Jane Watson/Gwen Stacy 616 Marvel band AU that’s everything I ever wanted. Hilarious and touching.

“I’m starting a band,” said Mary Jane, easy smile stretched to its fullest.

“Why on earth would you start a band?” asked Gwen. “Do you even play an instrument?”

“Of course I do, Gwendolyne,” said MJ. Gwen raised an eyebrow. “I play the instrument of my body. Which is why I’ll be the lead singer.”

“I don’t know what I expected,” said Gwen.

Johnny snapped his head around to gawk at Peter. “Um, excuse me, what?”

“Yeah, no thanks to you,” Peter muttered, pulling back, only slightly annoyed. She knew he wasn’t mad at her, not really. Just disappointed she hadn’t done what he’d wanted—but that was old news.

He was always a little disappointed in her.

That being said! I am always up for 616 Spider-Man fic recs, especially if they focus on the college fivesome. Like I said, the tags scare me, so it’s possible I’ve missed a lot of stuff and I’d love to read more Spider-Man fic if people have recs.
